Surveys sent out and kudos to the speedies ;)

Dear Backers,

We got 50% of the smoke test backers back with no issues so I went ahead and sent out surveys about 10 minutes ago.  I am amazed because in the 10 minutes from sending them to drafting this announcement we doubled the surveys completed and we are already 10% of the way to having the surveys done for all backers :)

We currently have 26% of the funds pledged that are needed to unlock the last card for this set (the Vizier) remember that because this is not a kickstarter unlocked stretch goal that if you want to finish your set you will need to add it in backerkit even if it unlocks.  

Again, reach out if you were supposed to get credit added to your backerkit and did not receive it since we had a number of giveaways and tried to get them all added but dont want to miss you if yours got left off.  (email us at [email protected] if you have any questions about this or anything else for the kickstarter).  We plan to close backerkit at the end of December and charge cards mid January if that helps any of you with prospective budgeting.  Also remember that that will only be for backerkit addons since shipping will charge later closer to when we have items ready to ship.

Smoke test sent

The first 5% of surveys (15) have been sent.  Please check your kickstarter email to see if your survey is one of the test surveys.  Once we get enough back we will send the rest.  Email us at [email protected] if you were promissed backerkit credit that has bot shown up on your account.  If anyone wants our healers dice, fireball dice, or pact stone dice added as available addons we can add them as options for you.

You will see some addons that are not yet unlocked.  If enough is pledged then we will announce their unlock and you will get them if you add them.  If not enough is pledged to unlock them then they will be removed from your cart and total bill before surveys lock and cards are charged.

Funded and next steps

Hello Everyone,

I am so excited that we funded together.  Sorry it has taken me so long to get this announcement out.  I had a jury trial go long for my day job and have been very busy.  I got most of the information loaded to backerkit.  We initially had 9 cards fail when Kickstarter charged cards that accounted for over 10% of the pledged funds ($660) I reached out via private message to any backers with over $50 pledges that failed and since then we are down to only 3 failure to collects and only a total of $125 which is a lot more manageable.  Thanks to all that made sure your payments went through right.

I heard from our contact that we should have pictures of the coin samples some time next week.  We have coded backerkit to allow you to add items both unlocked and locked when you select addons.  We put in goals to allow any stretch goal in the campaign to unlock at cost (Bags need $200 pledged just for them or $2000 in general funds, Vizier cards need $50 in more card pledges, black coins need $700 or $1000 in any funds in backerkit, and physical rogue decks need $1200 for the item directly or $3000 in total funds raised in backerkit.)

I will let you know more when we get the coin pics next week and when the surveys are likely to release (Likely 2 weeks after the kickstarter funds deposit).

Dawn of the Final Day and New Stretch Goal UNLOCKED!

With under 20 hours remaining we have passed the $7,000 stretch goal!  The Moon card is now unlocked and will be added to all orders of $35+ or can be added for $3 to your order.  We now have a $10 addon that will get you all unlocked cards since it is cheaper than $3 each with 4 unlocked. 

We are making good ground and could still unlock the 5th card, the Vizier today.  If things pick up just a little bit more for the final day we could even shoot up to the black coin which would be an exciting exclusive to unlock for Halloween ;).

P.S. Just as a heads up, we are working out an inventory swap with a large $ retail investor that currently has $1,400 in since we would need to restock anyway and then we can avoid kickstarter fees if it is a goods for goods trade.  We already calculated it into the unlocked stretch goals and it being pulled will not prevent us from fulfilling anything.  If the funding amount dips by up to $1400 from that pledge I will decrease the amount needed for each stretch goal by that amount and we will just keep going.

$6500 passed: New Stretch Goal Unlocked!

Woohoo, we are starting to see the last days upswing in pledges and we have now unlocked the talons card!

All pledges $35+ get these cards added for free for lower pledges you can add $3 per card you want added.  This unlock takes is to 14% unlocked on the Deck of many things :)

We have had 2 people email us to claim the social promo backerkit credit now.  Sharing enough can get you free shipping or free addon items, dice, or accessories.  Remember to email your proof of social posts to [email protected]  We close on Halloween.  Good luck to all of us these final days!  Up next is the Moon card unlock at $6500!
