Your fulfillment date says July 2024, will it take that long?
That is our promised delivery date. The original owner of the company, who actually designed these and did the caligraphy for the numbers, struggled with mental health problems and ended up passing away from them. Not the only factor, but a big one, was that he ran a kickstarter for dice promising a 4-6 month turn around time that quickly became apparent wasn’t feasible when the project got large and he had to actually deal with it. I took over the company and had finished fulfilling the project within 6 months (about a year later than his stated date but earlier than the backers expected given that they had kept hounding him believing that he had tried to scam them when really he just could not get everything finished in his stated timeframe).
Most small company kickstarters actually take about a year and 1/2 to fulfill whatever they say on their dates. We just want to be honest from the start instead of dragging people along update to update while they wait to see when they will actually get items.
We have run 3 successful kickstarters since Steven’s passing, and so far we have fulfilled 6-12 months ahead of the promised fulfillment dates on each. The project that we have 62 packages left to finish is set for delivery by July of next year. That is the closest on time frame and also the biggest project we have done on our own. I expect this one will be ahead of schedule by more than that since there are less moving parts. However the fulfillment date for us means more than just a shot in the dark date. That is the line where if we cross it because of something we do or fail to do we are willing to send extra product or partial refunds etc because we failed to uphold our end of the agreement. We especially want a bit of padding when we have 3rd parties outside of our control to count on such as coin designers and 3rd party writing teams we build time into the budget to be able to fulfill early if everything goes well but to set expectations correctly for if something goes wrong.

If I back for $20+ do I get both coins or just gold?
You get both, anyone that gets a physical item will get the silver coin and anyone $20+ will get the gold as well the addons are just to get extras or if your pledge is under $20 to get the gold coin.

How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
